This warranty covers the period from the date of battery purchase until the expiration of the warranty period indicated on your receipt. It becomes null and void when you sell or transfer your vehicle. In the event that the battery is determined to be defective during the free replacement period specified on your receipt, you can bring it to any authorized service center, and a free replacement will be provided. If a battery is identified as defective after the free replacement period but still within the warranty period stated on your receipt, you will receive a credit toward the purchase of a new battery when you return it to an authorized service center. If applicable, the credit amount is calculated as follows: (Remaining Warranty Months / Total Warranty Months) x Original Purchase Price.

Please note that this warranty does not cover failures resulting from improper installation, defective components other than the battery, insufficient fluid levels, misuse, usage in off-road or stationary power units, or the use of non-marine batteries in marine applications.
